Right, out with the barbie. it is rusty and knackered from last year. What to do ?
Hi Folks,
It is that time of year when we inspect the BBQ thing and wonder if it will last another season.
Mine looks a bit shabby, but will work again I trust.
I cannot undersand folks that buy calor gas ones, all nice and shiny.
You might as well use the kitchen cooker, and bring the grub outdoors.
I used to make flames on Middle-Eastern beaches, with a a rock surround and an old air-con grill, with bark from palm trees to form a sort of charcoal.
Oh, no, you have to wheel out an expensive shiny thing with gas bottles to do the steaks and bangers

Mine too is really rusted but took the oven cleaner to it & its got a bit of a shine & clean ready to grill those Steaks,… as for getting a nice new one ,no way this old one is just as good besides way too expensive for a new one these days
