I am attending a Barbeque on Sunday for which I need to bring a dish. I am gluten intolerant and one of the other guests is a vegetarian. Do you have any suggestions for me? I do have a lot of ideas, but you know how you get caught in a rut. I’m looking for something delicious, hot or cold, no meat, no wheat rye or barley. Thanks for helping me. And Happy long weekend.
Rebecca the flour for the crepes is wheat, unless you mean buckwheat crepes.
Atlarge it all sounds great. The shrimp bruschetta has bread though. Wheat flour. but I like everything else.
